Brockville Museum Winter Lecture Series

Description: The Brockville Museum Winter Lecture Series continues with our February 20th topic: "The Development & Use of Aerial Photography in WWI". McMaster University Library’s Map Specialist, Gord Beck joins us for a unique look at the development and use of aerial photography in WWI. The Great War was the first to make extensive use of aerial photography thanks to the airplane—still in its infancy—which offered a vitally important platform from which to view the enemy.
